- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of hire.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- One or more of the following certifications: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules, C-EFM.
