Position: UAS Assessment Nurse

We are currently seeking qualified UAS Assessment Nurses to conduct patient evaluations across various regions, including the five boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester County.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active New York State Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in UAS-NY Assessments and proficiency in utilizing UAS-NY tools.
  • Prior experience as a licensed RN in home care settings or within acute, sub-acute, or long-term care environments.

Required Skills:

  • Strong assessment and documentation capabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Experience with computerized systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Language Proficiency:

  • Korean

Job Type: Part-time, Fee-for-service basis
