Job Summary:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Clinician. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, education, and coordination services to children and families, utilizing their clinical expertise and knowledge to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

The Nurse Clinician will be responsible for:

  • Care coordination core functions, including screening, identification, assessment, and development of a family-centered plan of care;
  • Facilitating patient/family/guardian ability to manage their own healthcare when appropriate;
  • Assessing child/family needs for care coordination and identifying appropriate resources;
  • Facilitating and coordinating quality patient care in a timely and cost-effective manner;
  • Acting as a resource to members of the healthcare team in providing patient, family, and staff with information regarding diagnosis, treatments, and current therapeutic trends.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSN degree;
  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance;
  • Clinical skill and knowledge in the nursing care of children, including normal growth and development, and/or clinical expertise in a specialized area;
  • Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
