Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Taylor Opco LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Supervise and direct LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments as needed, documenting all actions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to company, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Coordinate nursing care for residents when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments.
- Interview applicants and recommend hires, participating in counseling, disciplinary action, and termination of staff as needed.
- Supervise nursing unit, scheduling and directing nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Leading market wages starting at $41.20-$54.57 per hour.
