Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of skilled healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their physical therapy needs, including administering exercises, modalities, and other treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide patient care
  • Administer exercises, modalities, and other treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist
  • Document patient care delivery in our electronic medical record system
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
  • Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an associate degree in physical therapy
  • Current State License to practice physical therapy, valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance
  • One year experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
