Frontline Ambassador

The Frontline Ambassador is a critical role that requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Frontline Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, maintaining store security, and promoting our brand values.

Your primary duties will include:

• Providing a warm and welcoming greeting to every customer entering or exiting the store
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, adhering to designated dress standards
• Standing positioned at the front of the store, remaining vigilant and aware of your surroundings
• Creating a secure environment and reducing opportunities for theft

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting
