Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to become an integral part of our Total Support Team (TST). This role is essential in fostering strong connections between TotalBoat and our valued customers. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, a background in order management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Oversee the remote order queue on our website, ensuring prompt fulfillment.
  • Amazon Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, manage returns, and respond to reviews. Ensure accurate processing of orders and returns, while communicating order details and shipping information effectively.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries through phone, chat, and email support tickets, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing precise information regarding order status, product specifications, and company policies.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer support for TotalBoat products utilizing our extensive Product Support Knowledge Base, documenting product issues and performance anomalies.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and report potential issues to the Total Support Team Manager.
  • Additional Duties: Manage the Satisfaction Guarantee replacement account and undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Education: An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a related field is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Multitasking Ability: Proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications, particularly Google Suite; familiarity with Epicor Eclipse ERP or similar software is advantageous.
  • Industry Insight: Knowledge of boat repair or experience with woodworking and epoxy products is a significant advantage.
