  6. Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring it is free from spills and debris.
  7. Manage waste disposal effectively, including changing trash receptacles as needed.
  8. Refill essential supplies such as soap and paper products in restrooms and kitchens.
  9. Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen and breakroom areas as required.
  10. Prepare conference rooms for meetings, ensuring cleanliness before and after use.
  11. Ensure that snacks and refreshments are available for employees at designated times.
  12. Perform any additional tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications:

New hires will undergo training sessions covering safety protocols and job-specific knowledge, both in classroom settings and on-site.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to:

  • Understand and interpret safety guidelines and operational instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating respect and courtesy at all times.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, and navigate ladders.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, crouch, twist, and turn as necessary.
  • Proficient use of both hands for various tasks including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to hear, speak, and have good vision for effective communication and task execution.
