About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a school-based dental program serving primarily pediatric patients within a five-county area (Lee, Darlington, Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon). On non-school days, the dentist will see adult patients at our transportable dental facility in a medical office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional dental care to pediatric and adult patients
- Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
Compensation Package
$140,000+ salary depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, long-term/short-term disability insurance, 401K, medical spending account, PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, CMEs, student loan repayment through NHSC, malpractice insurance, license renewal, and life insurance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current South Carolina Dental License or willingness to obtain it
- 3-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates considered
- Visa candidates welcome
- Ability to work effectively with children and adults
Work Environment
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (during school hours); no calls, no weekends; full support staff available.
