About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Lakeside Tower Apartments in Waukegan, IL. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and amenities
  • Perform daily janitorial tasks, such as emptying trash and recycling, restocking supplies, and cleaning restrooms
  • Operate lawn care and snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to ensure our residents' needs are met
