Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and assist in the preparation of duty assignments.
  • Step in for the Sergeant when necessary and supervise special tasks.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external organizations.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Essential Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Candidates must possess a District of Columbia Special Police Commission and fulfill all necessary qualifications. A valid driver's license and the ability to work rotating shifts are mandatory.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Completion of a law enforcement training academy is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with criminal law and campus security policies.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to change and a positive demeanor.

Work Location: Foggy Bottom, Washington, D.C.

Work Schedule: Thursday to Sunday
