Job Description

At FACE FOUNDRI, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our skincare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing high-quality facials, and promoting our premium skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Skincare Services: Perform 40-50 minute facials, brow services, lash services, and waxing, maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Product Sales: Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRI products, ensuring customers receive personalized skincare advice.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Salon Manager to ensure seamless operational processes and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Store Standards: Adhere to FACE FOUNDRI's store standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Timekeeping: Accurately follow company timekeeping procedures.
  • Training: Attend mandatory training and team meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and techniques.
Requirements:
  • New Jersey Esthetician License Required
  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
  • Developed communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
