Location: Sly Valley, CA

Compensation: $16.25 per hour, dependent on experience

Schedule: Seasonal full-time roles with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Overview: Become a vital part of our team at TALMO & ASSOCIATES INC. as a Park Operations Associate. This position involves engaging with visitors and performing essential customer service tasks to enhance the overall park experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist park guests
  • Process payments and allocate camping spots
  • Manage and reconcile cash register
  • Provide information about park amenities and services
  • Handle phone inquiries and oversee online bookings
  • Clarify and enforce park regulations
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with the public and team members
  • Execute additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:
Strong command of the English language, effective communication skills, and the ability to explain park rules clearly. Candidates should be comfortable with prolonged periods of standing or sitting, operating office machinery, and lifting items up to 25 pounds.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Experience in cash handling is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:
Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid California driver's license.
