- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- 2 years of experience in the Emergency Room.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current ACLS, BCLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week and every 3rd weekend.
- COVID and Flu vaccine required; may accept COVID exemption with proper documentation and approval.
Mercy Medical Center - Cedar Rapids is a Level III trauma center with a combined adult/pediatric Emergency Room. The hospital has 37 staffed beds and a team of experienced healthcare professionals. As a travel ER nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of patients.
