About Chelsea Piers: We are a leading sports and fitness organization dedicated to providing top-notch facilities and services to our community.
We are seeking an experienced Gymnastics and Ninja Instructor to join our team at Chelsea Piers Field House. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics and ninja classes to children between the ages of 1-16 years old.
Responsibilities:- Create and follow lesson plans for a variety of ages and abilities
- Be prepared for class by arriving on time and knowing students' names and where they are in the program progression
- Communicate with students, staff, and parents when required
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to each class
- Ability to work in a team environment
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience teaching gymnastics or ninja-related programs to children between the ages of 1-16 years. You will also possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and flexible availability.
