We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Coordinator to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment from clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify employee chargeable time and expenses in accordance with established accounting standards and billing policy
  • Establish and update project budgets as needed
  • Maintain complete and accurate project folders with all related documents
  • C coordinate billing procedures with various branch offices
  • Respond to client requests for supplemental reports or detailed back-up documentation

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounting with an emphasis on billing and interpreting contract provisions. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required. Deltek Vision experience is a plus. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
