Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Source quality leads by meeting with local community members and identifying their needs and interests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating the benefits and value of our home renovation and home improvement products and services.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently communicate leads with the Sales team and maintain a high level of focus, competitiveness, and organization.
  • Accountability: Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and measure key performance indicators to deliver valuable information back to the lead generation team and our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a business-related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of customer service, brand ambassador work, or sales experience is required.
  • Skills: Strong passion for working with people, excellent communication and presentation skills, and natural leadership skills.
