As a Senior Software Developer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the software development efforts for the DCFS Server Modernization Project.

A key objective of this project is to migrate our legacy applications from outdated hardware and software to modern Microsoft Servers. This ambitious undertaking involves reviewing up to 150 applications to determine the necessary changes for modernization, which may include modifications, re-platforming, rebuilding, or decommissioning. Your expertise in full-stack development, focusing on .NET technologies, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server, will be instrumental in ensuring the successful migration of these applications.

In this role, you will lead a team of developers and work closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure that project goals and timelines are met. Your strong technical/functional leadership skills, combined with your ability to provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, will be crucial in driving the success of this initiative.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 10 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer, who has a strong background in leading large-scale IT projects. Your proficiency in Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, as well as your extensive experience in JIRA and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), will be essential in navigating the complexities of this project.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .NET full-stack development concepts, including Internet Information Services (IIS), and have experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database migration and performance tuning. Additionally, your proficiency in ASP.Net application development, XSLT, JavaScript, and Restful API development will be valuable assets in this role.
