Training Content Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and sustaining high-quality learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes and behavioral changes. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions team, you'll contribute to creating and maintaining training materials and content for our IWMS global software platform Tririga and GWS.

In this role, you'll be responsible for training content development, including designing engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, managing and optimizing learning content within the Cornerstone Learning Management System, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions.

You'll also lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps, ensuring that adult learning, learning design, and Lam branding standards are applied and followed. Additionally, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process and manage internal Sharepoint sites.

We're looking for a seasoned instructional designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and a minimum of 5+ years of experience designing content and delivering learning initiatives. Your extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development technologies will enable you to create innovative solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach.

Prior experience with learning authoring tools such as Camtasia, WellSaid Labs, and Vyond, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders, is essential. You should also have a solid understanding of project management principles and experience working with Sharepoint design and management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant certifications like PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
