We address aspects of eating disorders often overlooked in traditional recovery programs and create a supportive environment for collaboration, compassion, and integrity.

The Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations and client services at Alsana.

This includes responsibilities such as admissions and discharges, medication management, medical procedure oversight, clinical staff supervision, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client health and well-being daily, documenting all findings and interventions.
  • Communicate essential nursing and care plan information to direct care staff daily.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to client care plans.
  • Audit and monitor controlled substances, ensuring accurate recording.
  • Support medication management for step-down clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between physicians and clients, providing clear explanations about medication changes and health-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN licensure in the state where the position is located.
  • Two or more years' experience in acute care or skilled nursing settings required.
  • Current CPR certification from an American Heart Association-approved agency.

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $33-$34 for RNs and $25-$26 for LPNs.
