Position Overview: Internal Medicine Physician Assistant (Primary Care)
An exciting opportunity is available for an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant in a reputable healthcare organization.
This role is situated in a picturesque location known for its vibrant community and beautiful surroundings. The organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and is recognized for its commitment to safety, compassion, and value-driven healthcare.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive starting salary range: $135,000 to $160,000+ (higher compensation may be available for experienced bilingual candidates)
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (terms apply)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide care to an average of 20 patients daily, Monday through Friday.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) or the ability to communicate in medical Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Assume primary care responsibilities for a full patient panel.
Qualifications
- Valid Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in California.
- Current DEA license.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient primary care environment.
- Experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required unless exempt.
