Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney with 4-6 years of relevant experience to work on high-profile regulatory, policy, and commercial matters, representing clients in regulatory advocacy matters, including pleading work and oral advocacy in stakeholder forums and workshops, participating in administrative and evidentiary hearings and agency workshops, and working as part of our regulatory compliance team.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Represent clients in regulatory advocacy matters, including pleading work and oral advocacy in stakeholder forums and workshops
  • Participate in administrative and evidentiary hearings and agency workshops
  • Work as part of our regulatory compliance team
  • Direct client interaction and work independently to assume full responsibility as the lead attorney for certain matters
Compensation and Benefits

The initial salary range for this position is $190,000 - $235,000 per year, with bonus opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 4% BB&W match to employee contributions to a 401(k) plan, possible profit-sharing, paid health insurance, parental leave, vacation, and other general benefits.
