Nurse Care Specialist

A nurse care specialist is required to deliver comprehensive care in an outpatient dialysis setting. The role involves building meaningful relationships with patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Key responsibilities include delivering empathetic and compassionate care, overseeing a group of patients, and working collaboratively with a team to conduct patient observations.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location
The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in nursing and a flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior dialysis experience is required as training may take place in a facility or clinic other than your assigned home clinic. You will be expected to float to various clinics during and after your training.

- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting
- Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with a team to support each other in a positive environment
