Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Incubation and Acceleration
    • Develop and implement strategies to identify, evaluate, and support the development of innovative technologies and business opportunities.
    • Lead the incubation and acceleration of technologies and startups, providing guidance and support to entrepreneurs and innovators.
    • Collaborate with our faculty and staff to identify and develop new technologies and business opportunities.
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including investors, industry leaders, and other stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, licensing agreements, and other collaborations.
    • Work with our team to develop and implement business plans and strategies to support the growth and development of our technologies and startups.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for technology incubation and acceleration, business development, and partnerships.
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure their success and growth.
    • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to support the growth and development of our organization.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Masters degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 years of experience in technology commercialization, business development, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in leading technology incubation and acceleration efforts, business development, and partnerships.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
    • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
