Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Associate to join our team at Custom Iron. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging and Quality Control: Accurately package products according to company specifications and guidelines, and inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs, and assist in inventory management and restocking of packaging materials as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in packaging or a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including lifting up to [insert weight] lbs.
