Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Finish Line. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of sales performance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance targets, maintaining a high level of sales knowledge and product expertise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Perform cashiering, stockroom, and store upkeep duties as needed.

Physical Demands:
  • Requires standing for approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 3-5 days per week.
  • May be required to work long periods during peak sales periods, including holidays and back-to-school seasons.
  • Requires stooping, kneeling, and reaching to place merchandise on customers' feet and to stock and retrieve merchandise from storage racks.
  • May be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs to stock and acquire merchandise.
  • Required to lift items weighing 5-25 pounds regularly, with occasional heavier weights.

Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $15.50-$17.00 per hour.
