Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Ensure our snack food products are properly stocked and displayed in retail stores, maintaining a high level of visibility and accessibility for customers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store employees, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with store employees and sales representatives to ensure seamless execution of merchandising and stocking plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and stocking strategies, and by building strong relationships with store employees and sales representatives.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
Requirements:
  • Age and Valid Driver's License: Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Positive Attitude and Professionalism: Possess a positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
  • Previous Retail/Grocery Experience: Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability: Be available to work a minimum of 16-20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
