We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide clinical support to medical and specialty providers, performing a variety of tasks to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs, patient history, and EKGs.
- Perform phlebotomy and injections as directed by clinical leadership or practice management.
- Manage the stocking of treatment rooms and ensure their cleanliness.
- Partner with lab facilities to ensure compliance with all necessary EHMG policies and procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- A competitive hourly rate starting at $22.00, commensurate with experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law.
- 401k for all employees 18 and over, with company contribution up to 3% once eligible.
- Free onsite parking at all of our communities and corporate offices.
- Onsite physicians group dedicated to serving Erickson Senior Living's residents.
- High School graduate/GED.
- Current and active medical assistant certification in accordance with the provisions of the certifying Board to include CPR.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to be proficient with the use of computers.
- Ability to perform each essential function consistently and with minimal supervision by utilizing the learned skills.
