At Joulé, we're seeking a skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our team in Madison Heights, Michigan. This is a contract position for 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role:

We're looking for an individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry and prior laboratory experience. If you have a background in analytical laboratories, that's a plus. Your strong wet chemistry skills, including titration, filtration, dilution, extraction, and gravimetric determinations will be essential in this role.

You'll operate and perform routine maintenance on analytical equipment, ensuring proper upkeep of analytical methods and procedures. Your ability to collaborate effectively with project teams to deliver high-quality results is crucial.

In this role, you'll prepare detailed customer reports and manage project portfolios. You'll also communicate directly with customers through correspondence, presentations, and updates, maintaining compliance with corporate standards, including safety, housekeeping, and quality protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry
  • Prior laboratory experience

  • Strong chemical math skills
  • Proficient with PCs and relevant software applications
