DV Hotline Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate DV Hotline Specialist to join our team at The Retreat. As a DV Hotline Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical support to individuals experiencing domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls, in-person visits, or online chats to conduct client triage screenings and ensure the safety of callers.
  • Provide instruction and eligibility criteria for supportive services, including shelter, counseling, advocacy, case management, and linkages to community resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics in our agency database.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and/or information hotline work is essential.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
