Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to a pediatric patient in their home. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
