Key Responsibilities- Perform new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
- Create personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and completion dates
- Equip patients with physical therapy intervention techniques and exercises to track progress and measure effectiveness
- Provide education to patients on techniques for continuation of care
- Examine and evaluate new patients to establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
- Establish a plan goal and time frame to prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness to educate patients on continuing care
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state Physical Therapy license in Florida
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
- Passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues
- At least one year of experience in outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab
