Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Warehouse Order Selector to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of pharmacy merchandise to our stores.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret store orders from a tablet or RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities needed.
  • Select and place the required merchandise into totes or boxes, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) using safe lifting techniques.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including accuracy and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks.
