Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Barbering Educator to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for educating, motivating, and mentoring our Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans and educational materials to support our curriculum
• Provide coaching and feedback to students to help them achieve their full potential
• Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive and effective learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective
• Contribute to the development of our school's culture and values

Requirements

• Current NYS barbering license
• 2 years full-time experience working as a barber
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty and barbering industries
• Honesty and professionalism
• Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred
