Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support, including personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
