Your Responsibilities:


Delivering direct personal care services, including bathing, oral hygiene, hair washing, changing bed linens, assisting with dressing, skin care to prevent breakdown, toileting support, maintaining a clean living space, and other tasks within the scope of practice as directed by the supervising clinician.

Measuring and documenting vital signs such as oral, temporal, and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure as required (with appropriate skills competency demonstrated).

Executing basic procedures as an extension of nursing services as directed (with appropriate skills competency demonstrated)
Assisting patients with self-administered medications.
Communicating any changes in the patient's condition to the assigned nurse or case manager.

Qualifications:
State-certified as a nurse aide.
Completion of required training programs.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Current CPR certification or other relevant certification as required by agency, state, and federal regulations.
Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
