About the Job

We are seeking a Reliable Leasing Agent to join our team at Atlas Real Estate, a Denver-based company specializing in real estate investments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective residents by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings to showcase properties to potential renters, ensuring that they receive a comprehensive tour of the premises.
  • Process applications and assist with lease renewals, providing accurate and up-to-date information on available units and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, utilizing software such as AppFolio.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination among teams.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing real estate and fair housing practices.

Requirements:

  • A valid Colorado Real Estate License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $48,000 per year, plus a 20% annual performance-based bonus and a $6,000 yearly stipend for expenses. We also offer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
