About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Associate to join our team at PPG - USA in Carlisle, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist wholesale and retail customers, offering solutions to their paint-related needs.
  • Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Process orders and payments, utilizing the POS system to receive payments and cash out customers.
  • Ensure the store is always clean and stocked with paint and other products.
  • Report to the Store Manager and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history.
  • Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
