Job Overview

Dribbler, a renowned private soccer training provider in the US, is seeking an experienced soccer coach to join their team in Grants Pass, OR. As a leader in youth development, we empower aspiring players to reach their full potential.

Our focus encompasses fundamental skills like dribbling and passing, advanced techniques, and physical conditioning. We offer flexibility, allowing coaches to schedule sessions at local fields, backyards, or private facilities that best suit their needs.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive pay rate for our coaches. Based on industry standards and location, you can expect to earn between $35-$45 per hour lesson. Payments are made via PayPal within 24 hours after each completed session.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized coaching plans for clients
  • Maintain open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Travel to client locations for training sessions
  • Manage time effectively to meet scheduling demands
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a soccer coach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and maintain flexibility
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clean background check result
