We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Baker Apprentice to join our team at Panera Bread of Iowa. As a Baker Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn the craft of baking and develop the skills necessary to become a successful baker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of high-quality bread and baked goods
• Learn and master various baking techniques and recipes
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality
• Collaborate with the baking team to ensure efficient production and high-quality products

Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn the craft of baking
• Ability to work in a physical environment with up to 10 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability to work weekends and varying shifts
