Job Summary:
PM Construction is seeking a highly skilled Night Construction Operations Manager to oversee the on-site operations of a commercial construction project in the Bangor/Waterville area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality control by adhering to industry standards
  • Create and manage daily schedules and timesheets for efficient project execution
  • Document and communicate building progress to all stakeholders
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of all workers and subcontractors on site
  • Manage deliveries and vendors to meet project requirements
  • Foster a safe working environment by following OSHA rules and standards
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to budget restrictions

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial construction industry
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
