Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in software architecture to enhance system reliability, addressing issues and managing incidents effectively.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for complex problems and perform post-incident evaluations, influencing cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions.
  • Collaborate on critical incidents, ensuring system recovery and preventing recurrence of issues, thereby enabling IDT to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Work collaboratively to identify and establish reliability and performance metrics.
  • Define, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 6 years of automation experience in PowerShell, C#, or similar programming languages.
  • More than 6 years of experience with CI/CD, automation tools, monitoring tools, and version control systems.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret software code.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with databases.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS platforms.
  • Background in Change Management.
  • Experience in IT support and ticketing systems.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $120,000. This range reflects our good faith belief regarding the potential compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary may vary. This position also qualifies for bonus or incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
