Theatre Ambassador Role at Emagine Entertainment

Emagine Entertainment is seeking a Theatre Ambassador to enhance the movie-going experience for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending products, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and educating guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theatre directions.
  • Identify and recommend additional concession and seating offerings to enhance the overall movie entertainment experience.
  • Accurately process and disburse cash and credit card transactions to ensure a quick and efficient payment processing experience.
  • Monitor individual theatre environment and enforce Emagine's Code of Conduct to ensure a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable entertainment experience.

Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or retail industry preferred.
  2. Basic computer skills and ability to work accurately with cash handling equipment.
  3. Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move throughout the theatre as needed.
  4. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated annual salary: $35,000 - $45,000 based on location and experience.
