Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at Katsam, LLC. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional floor care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles to transport equipment and supplies to various job sites.
  • Utilize carpet cleaning equipment, floor buffers, and strip/wax equipment to maintain high-quality floor care standards.
  • Conduct pre-shift and post-shift truck checks to ensure proper vehicle operation.
  • Fuel and clean company vehicles as needed.
  • Communicate with supervision regarding scheduling and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Class E driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Valid DOT physical required prior to start date.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, including marijuana.
  • Excellent navigation skills and knowledge of major roads and highways in the area.
  • Ability to work overnight hours in various weather conditions.
