Exciting Opportunity at Collage Rehabilitation Partners

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team in Paoli, PA. As a key member of our Accounting Department, you will be responsible for supporting financial reporting functions and working closely with our Controller/Accounting Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cash transactions and bank reconciliations
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial analysis and reporting tools to support business decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business equivalent
• Minimum two years of related work experience in Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Great Plains is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
