We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Crew Member to join our team. This individual will be responsible for various tasks, including setting up lines, conducting cycle counts, and utilizing technology as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up production lines efficiently
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Use technology, including voice technology and RF guns, as needed
  • Provide support with administrative tasks, receiving, and shipping duties
  • Complete necessary paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
  • Restock packaging materials to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by communicating with supervisors or team leads

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or three years of relevant warehouse experience
  • Previous warehouse experience is an asset
  • Must possess basic math and reading skills, as well as the ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and team-building skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and lift up to 40 pounds

The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
