The Esthetician will deliver outstanding skincare services to our clientele. In this role, you will conduct facials, body treatments, waxing, and various skincare procedures while ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction. Your expertise in skincare products and techniques will enable you to offer personalized advice to clients, helping them meet their skincare aspirations.
Work Schedule:
- Wednesday: 2pm-8pm
- Friday: 2:15pm-8pm
- Saturday: 8am-5pm
- Sunday: 9am-4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Punctually attend your shift, ensuring timely service delivery for each appointment.
- Treat members, guests, and colleagues with fairness, integrity, and positivity.
- Provide an exceptional experience by warmly greeting clients, performing thorough skin assessments, customizing treatments to address specific concerns, and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations within the industry.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and treatments in skincare.
- Build and nurture client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to wellness and beauty services.
- Engage in continuous training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the USA. We utilize E-Verify.
- Current esthetician license is mandatory.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the esthetician field.
- Experience with Hydrafacial is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexible availability, including the capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or salon setting is preferred.
