Job Overview

StepStone Hospitality Inc. is in search of a Multilingual Room Service Attendant to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commence your shift by reporting to the Housekeeping Office, where you will collect and sign out the necessary keys, ensuring their return at the end of your shift.
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain all designated rooms and suites on a daily basis, which includes tasks such as changing bedding, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, checking room amenities, spot cleaning, and replenishing room supplies.
  • Notify management of any missing items from rooms and suites.
  • Report any maintenance issues to your supervisor and ensure proper care of the equipment utilized during your duties.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of guests by being polite and respectful to all patrons and colleagues. Maintain security by keeping all doors closed while performing cleaning tasks.
  • All lost and found items should be promptly delivered to the housekeeping office.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Capability to push, bend, stoop, reach upwards, and demonstrate manual dexterity.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability during weekends and evenings is required.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
