Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary: In the capacity of an SLPA, you will collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to facilitate the evaluation and intervention of speech, language, and communication challenges. Your contribution will be vital in executing therapy strategies and aiding clients in reaching their communicative objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs in the delivery of tailored therapy programs.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals or small groups, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Track and document patient advancements, providing updates to supervising SLPs.
  • Prepare and organize resources for therapy sessions and activities.
  • Support clients in practicing and utilizing communication techniques.
  • Engage with families and caregivers to offer guidance and resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Preferred experience in clinical or educational environments.
