Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Sonographer to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures to help physicians assess and diagnose various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ultrasound exams, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, vascular, and small parts sonography, as well as mammography imaging as needed.
  • Review and interpret ultrasound images for quality and diagnostic purposes, providing accurate information to physicians.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort during the imaging.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring its functionality and cleanliness.
  • Maintain accurate records of exams and update patient information in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and seamless coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • Active registration with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Sonographer in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
